Abstract

To the Editor: The most common adverse reactions from the antiepileptic drug carbamazepine (Tegretol) are dizziness, ataxia, skin rash, and marrow suppression. Chest roentgenogram, complete blood count, and eosinophil and platelet counts remained unchanged.
