Abstract

Mata pelajaran seni budaya merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang wajib diajarkan kepada peserta didik mulai dari jenjang SD/Mi, SMP/MTs maupun pada jenjang SMA/SMK/MA, kenyataan di lapangan khususnya di kabupaten Banyumas keberadaan guru seni budaya masih sangat kurang baik di sekolah negeri maupun di sekolah swasta, sebagai contoh di kabupaten Banyumas ada 58 SMP swasta yang berlatar belakang agama Islam namun hanya 7 sekolah yang memiliki guru seni budaya dengan latar belakang pendidikan seni, hal ini menyebabkan mata pelajaran seni budaya diampu oleh guru dengan latar belakang yang berbeda-beda antara sekolah yang satu dengan sekolah lainnya. Demikian halnya di SMP Ma’arif NU 1 Kemranjen dan di SMP Muhammadiyah Tambak, di SMP Ma’arif NU 1 Kemranjen guru yang mengajar seni budaya berlatar belakang pendidikan bahasa Jawa dan Pendidikan sosial sedangkan di SMP Muhammadiyah Tambak diajar oleh guru dengan latar belakang olah raga.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.Tekhnik analisis data dilakukan melalui langkah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.

Manajemen SDM di SMP Ma’arif NU 1 Kemranjen dan di SMP Muhammadiyah Tambak Kabupaten Banyumas merupakan proses pemberian kesempatan kepada guru untuk mengembangkan kemampuan teknis, teoritis, konseptual dan moral. Didalam manajemen SDM di SMP Ma’arif NU 1 Kemranjen dan di SMP Muhammadiyah Tambak Kabupaten Banyumas terdapat kegiatan yang menonjol dalam salah satu fungsi manajemen yaitu dalam bidang pendidikan dan palatihan, hal ini dikarenakan guru yang bersangkutan tidak mempunyai latar belakang pendidikan seni, adapun jenis kegiatan pelatihan meliputi: kegiatan di sekolah berupa IHT dan kegiatan diluar sekolah dalam kegiatan pelatihan materi seni budaya yang diselenggarakan oleh MGMP seni budaya serta menganjurkan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan mandirinya dalam bidang seni melalui media sosial, dengan demikian akan semakin menambah kemampuan guru seni budaya tersebut.

Cultural arts subjects are one of the subjects that must be taught to students starting from the SD/Mi, SMP/MTs level as well as at the SMA/SMK/MA level, the reality on the ground, especially in Banyumas district, the existence of cultural arts teachers is still very poor in public schools and private schools, for example in Banyumas district there are 58 private junior high schools with Islamic backgrounds but only 7 schools have art and culture teachers with arts education backgrounds, this causes arts and culture subjects to be taught by teachers with different backgrounds. varies from one school to another. This is the case at SMP Ma'arif NU 1 Kemranjen and SMP Muhammadiyah Tambak, at SMP Ma'arif NU 1 Kemranjen teachers teach arts and culture with a background in Javanese language education and social education, while at SMP Muhammadiyah Tambak are taught by teachers with a sports background.

This study uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques were carried out through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.

HR management at SMP Ma'arif NU 1 Kemranjen and SMP Muhammadiyah Tambak, Banyumas Regency is a process of providing opportunities for teachers to develop technical, theoretical, conceptual and moral abilities. In HR management at SMP Ma'arif NU 1 Kemranjen and at SMP Muhammadiyah Tambak, Banyumas Regency there are activities that stand out in one of the management functions, namely in the field of education and training, this is because the teacher in question does not have an artistic educational background, as for the type of activity The training includes: activities at school in the form of IHT and activities outside of school in arts and culture training activities organized by the cultural arts MGMP as well as advocating for developing independent abilities in the arts through social media, thereby increasing the abilities of the arts and culture teachers.
