Dr Diana M Thomas received her PhD from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1996. She then completed a National Research Council-funded post-doctoral fellowship at the United States Military Academy and the Army Research Laboratory in Adelphi, MD. She was an assistant professor at the New Jersey City University from 1998 to 2000.
