ABSTRACT
"Cydonia", is a topographical and location on Mars, made famous and controversial for over (25) years. This specific area became known as: "The Face On Mars". When in 1976, Viking 1 Orbiter photographed this geological anomaly it stunned the world at that time. Immediately/ (allegedly) claims were made it to be of an: "Alien Extraterrestrial Origin". The question as to whether or not this was an artificial anomaly or not, was not first attempted to be for (25) years. It was not until 1998, and again in 2001, and the newest image from (ESA) in 2006. Scientists studied these new images concluding that this anomaly was just a natural Martian geological formation indigenous to the terrain of Mars. Although this was the last analysis of these new images, there are still some persons who do not accept the latest data and still believe this anomaly is of'extraterrestrial origin'. Therefore, since 2016 will be the 40th anniversary since the first photos/ images were taken of this (alleged) face in 1976, the author/ co-author of this paper thought it would be appropriate to study the face once again using the IMMI-(Infinite Microscopic-Macroscopic Imaging) technology. The aim in this paper is to provide some new data/ imaging evidence. Starting with the 1976 photo of: "The Face On Mars". To further determine to a greater extent as what this anomaly known as: "The Face on Mars" is, or is not.

This picture is one of many taken in the northern latitudes of Mars by the Viking 1 Orbiter in search of a landing site for Viking 2.
The picture shows eroded mesa-like landforms. The huge rock formation in the center, which resembles a human head, is formed by shadows giving the illusion of eyes, nose and...
