William R. Herren is Founder 6t President of American Vision Windows, Inc. Six years ago, after a terrible experience with another window company, Bill and Kathleen Herren decided to form a company to offer unsurpassed customer service backed by quality products and reliable vendors. With a baby on the way, two others under the age of four, and his mother and father in law worrying, Bill quit his job, opened a small office in Simi Valley and invested their life savings.
Bill and Kathleen formed the foundation of American Vision Windows, Inc. based on two simple principals: Offer unsurpassed customer service and change the lives of their employees for the better. Both principals were formed from a deep belief in family and Christianity.
American Vision Windows, Inc. started slow and found the road paved with the same cobble stones that any small business faces in the United States today. Pulling from their be liefs and following their faith, Bill and Kathleen borrowed money, mortgaged their home believing success was just around the corner.
With a 30% gain in their 3rd year, and similar growth each year thereafter, Bill and Kathleen began to watch their dream come to life.
