A 52-year-old man developed punctate epithelial erosions during treatment with ciclosporin [Rhestasis] for peripheral ulcerative keratitis. He received ciclosporin 0.05% every 4 hours for 6 days [dose and route not stated]. He developed punctate epithelial erosions [time to reaction onset not stated]. Dosage of ciclosporin was reduced to four times a day, which was well tolerated [outcome not stated].
