A 28-year-old woman developed peptic ulcer during treatment with bupropion for depression. Additionally, she exhibited lack of efficacy with pantoprazole and famotidine, while being treated for peptic ulcer [routes not stated].
The woman presented to the emergency department at hospital in Iran due to abdominal pain and GI bleeding. It was reported that she had no history GI disease and was not using any ulcerogenic drugs. She reported that she had been receiving treatment with bupropion 150mg once a day for 8 months...
