Robert Harriman, former coordinator of the United States Newspaper Program at the Library of Congress, has been named program director, Digital & Preservation Cooperative, OCLC Digital & Preservation Resources (DPR).
In this newly created position, Mr Harriman will establish and promote partnerships with libraries, library organizations, cultural heritage agencies and professional organizations interested in joining the Digital & Preservation Cooperative and developing digital content collections.
