Abstract

O objetivo é apontar as nuances que já se apresentam em termos de desvios, distorçöes, exclusao e negaçao de direitos devido ao modo de execuçao da política PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Política Pública, PROEJA, Educaçao, Exclusao, Inclusao ABSTRACT The Public Politic PROEJA - National Program of Integration of Professional Education with the basic education in the modality of Adults and Youngsters Education - EJA - aims to offer the opportunity of study for those which didn't have access to high school in the regular age, it is based in a public politic of social inclusion. The present work consists of an ex post evaluation of this politic in IFBA - Federal Institution of Education, Science and Technology of Bahia - Campus Santo Amaro - BA, Technical Course in Work Security with the objective of verifying whether and in what measure its execution favors the socioeducational inclusion of EJA's audience, in the way of contributing to the sociolaboral integration of these citizens. The objective is to point out the nuances which already are present in the terms of deviations, distortions, exclusion and denial of the rights due to the way the politics has been executed. Se, por um lado, seguindo o principio democrático da descentralizaçao, o Estado delega as instituiçöes proponentes a responsabilidade pela execuçao da política com vistas a atingir os objetivos propostos, por outro, falha ao nao acompanhar e avaliar o processo e deixar a política a deriva no mar de espontaneísmo e opçöes políticas das instituiçöes, nem sempre preparadas para lidar com a realidade e singularidades da EJA, o que, necessariamente, implica na negaçao da inclusao.
