For over a hundred years, performing artists have been using the Alexander Technique to enhance their ability to perform by improving inner balance and the relationship with the body.
Actors, musicians and athletes have used the technique, but it is also popular among people suffering from ailments such as backaches, joint problems, nervous tension and stress. It enables those who are highly motivated to change the "use" of the body, focusing on the "cause" of their problem.
Boaz Freeman, is a Torontonian who has been teaching the Alexander Technique to performing artists and other people for over 5 years.
