Abstract

Resumen: Las metodologías Ágiles están apareciendo en los horizontes de los Institutos de Educación Superior que se están convirtiendo en un requerimiento demandado de sus graduados, lo cual se puede verificar en portales como LinkedIn, donde se encuentra la demanda de trabajo para los requerimientos de personas con habilidades de los roles encontrados en SCRUM, debido a los cambios culturales en instituciones de educación superior, donde elementos como: las redes sociales, los efectos de las pandemias con la transformación digital que se han ocurrido durante el 2020, lo cual hace relevante que aparezcan metodologías de diferentes áreas de las ciencias que puedan aplicarse para que los efectos del aprendizaje y que puedan ser utilizados en sus nuevas realidades laborales. Palabras-clave: adaptativo, educación superior, metodologías Ágiles, producto, proyecto Scrum as an Agile Method Applied to Learning Within Master's Student Courses Abstract: Agile methodologies are appearing on the horizons of Higher Education Institutes that are becoming a demanded requirement of their graduates, which can be verified in portals such as LinkedIn, where the demand for work is found for the requirements of people with skills. of the roles found in SCRUM, due to cultural changes in higher education institutions, where elements such as: social networks, the effects of pandemics with the digital transformation that have occurred during 2020, which makes it relevant that methodologies appear from different areas of science that can be applied for the effects of learning and that can be used in their new work realities. The research involves groups of master's degree students who have taken SCRUM content and who have practiced to develop their skills, who respond to a defined questionnaire to measure the skills developed.
