(STF) - The original boy group used to boast a member who is now a world- famous Latin heartthrob, but Eena Houzyama discovered that the reassembled MDO may just give Ricky Martin a good run for his money.
YOU may not have seen or heard of the group MDO, and the reason for this is probably due to the fact that they have played under a different name before.
The better known Menudo, a youthful group of Latin descent, spawned an illustrious star in the form of Ricky Livin' La Vida Loca Martin.
While Martin has since moved solo and on to greater heights, the other members have also grown into mature, sexy young men, along with their fans who are now no longer in the 12-15 age bracket.
Able Talamantez, 22, Alexis Grullon, 24, Didier Hernandez, 22, Pablo Portillo, 22 and Caleb Einar Aviles Reyes, 22 are the five behind MDO, which may just be the next best thing to happen in the "boyband" world.
Apparently, the exit of Martin has not done much damage to the group although initially, Menudo members were down to just Talamantex and Grullon.
