A 40-year-old woman who can hold the attention of about 85 preschoolers and kindergartners for more than 30 minutes must be doing something right.
Of course, songs, sign language and, at one point, a fluffy yellow wig meant to resemble a duck probably helped.

Zuckerman, who uses simply "Rory" for her professional name, is a singer, composer and host of the shows "Rory and Me" and "Rory's Place."
Both are part of the "Ready, Set, Learn!" programming block on cable television's The Learning Channel. Together the two shows have attracted, on average, more than 1 million viewers a month.
