Dorothy Donaldson Jamal, who has been married to the late Hakim Jamal for the past 13 years, declared last week that the De Mau Mau did not kill her husband.
"I know the De Mau Mau brothers did not kill Hakim," she asserted.
At the time of the murder, Mrs. Jamal was in Atlanta, Ga., where she lives with her six children. She based her statement on the belief that "the De Mau Mau do not kill black people," and what she sees as inconsistencies in the stories of some of the witnesses.
