We Charge Genocide...Again!

Soon, Dr. Conrad Worrill, Chairman of the National Black United Front (NBUF), will appear before the United Nations Commission on Human Rights in Geneva. Switzerland with evidence to support a 38-count indictment and complaint that we've heard repeated time and time and time again: The United States government is guilty of genocide and numerous human rights violations against the 40 million Black people under its sovereignty.
In December, 1946, the United Nations adopted a Convention on the Prevention and Punishrnent of the Crime of Genocide. It defined the crime as: "killing." "Causing serious bodily or mental harm," "Deliberately inflicting conditions of life calculated to bring about physical destruction in whole or part," "Imposing measures intended to prevent births," or "Forcibly transferring children of one group to another group;" with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial, or religious group."
