WELLINGTON'S port company plans to spend up to $50 million rearranging its facilities to get the most from its site between the Kaiwharawhara reclamation and Waterloo Quay, opposite Wellington railway station.
CentrePort says it plans to build wharves, storage sheds and a fishing jetty, and make land bordering Waterloo Quay available for other uses, possibly including hotels or other accommodation.
