LONDON-based Wellington film producer Michael Seresin has sent a highly critical letter to the Wine Institute lamenting the "lacklustre response" of the Government and authorities to scandals that have plagued New Zealand's burgeoning wine industry.
He is in Ireland producing the film of Frank McCourt's best- selling book Angela's Ashes.
