Can you remember what you were doing when you heard the news? Dr Fox can. He was getting ready for his morning radio show, he recalled, when he looked up at the monitor in the studio and was stunned by what he saw. "I said, Jeez! Look at that!" He could hardly believe his eyes, but it was true - the Spice Girls (right) had sacked their manager and the world would never be the same again. In a solemn commemoration of the shocking impact of that event, Channel 4 commissioned Seven Days That Shook the Spice Girls.
