Signs heralding the opening of an Eddie Bauer store in Charlestowne Mall could be the first seeds of what a Von Maur store promises to bring shoppers.
But shoppers may never see those seeds bloom if Von Maur doesn't set up shop in the mall.
Officials of Wilmorite Inc., which owns the mall, plan to add Eddie Bauer to its tenant list next spring. Those plans, however, depend on the mall inking a deal to bring Von Maur to St. Charles.
