Abstract

Proizvodnja zdravstveno bezbedne hrane predstavlja jedan od idealnih preduslova za uspostavljanje koncepta održivog razvoja. U našoj zemlji ova proizvodnja je u začetku, ali je iskazan opšti interes svih zainteresovanih strana da se ovakva proizvodnja proširi i usavrši. Razmatranjem rezultata istraživanja i sprovođenjem predloženog modela razvoja može se očekivati unapređenje stanja u ovoj oblasti, privrednom životu i pozitivan uticaj na kvalitet životne sredine.

The production of Healthy Safe Food is considered to be one of the ideal assumption of establishing the concept of sustainable development. This kind of production still developing in our county, but there is great interest of all sides for further development and improvement of this production. By analysing research results and implementing the suggested development modus we can expect improvements in this field, economy, as well as positive effects on the quality of environment.
