Abstract

Globalnom pojavom pandemije virusa COVID-19, koja je drastično promenila način i organizaciju života i poslovnih aktivnosti, mesto i uloga e-učenja se pokazala izuzetno bitnom komponentom vaspitno-obrazovnog rada. Svakodnevna i funkcionalna upotreba informaciono-komunikacionih tehnologija (IKT) zahteva upotrebu sofisticiranijih funkcija računarskih programa kojima se sprovodi proces učenja i podučavanja.

Ova doktorska disertacije je napisana sa namerom da se analiziraju i razmotre mogući efekti primene IKT u obrazovanju, kroz paradigme primene IKT u nastavi, kao i preko mogućih aspekata primene učenja na daljinu pomoću metoda tehnika i alata veštačke inteligencije, tačnije pomoću ANFIS-a ili adaptivnog neuro-fazi sistema (Adaptive Neuro- Fuzzy Inference Systems). Kroz stavove učenika i nastavnika o primeni elektronskog učenja, u narednim poglavljima biće istražen uticaj kompetentnosti nastavnika i kontinuiranog stručnog usavršavanja istih na efekte učenja i ciljeve obrazovanja, kao i prednosti i nedostaci platformi za elektronsko učenje. Takođe, u disertaciji je izvršen kritički pregled teorijskih aspekata procesa učenja na daljinu.

Primarna svrha doktorske disertacije je da studiozno istraži značaj, ulogu i mogućnost unapređenja nastave primenom adaptivne neuro-fazi metodologije.

Ovom doktorskom disertacijom pokazaćemo kako primena softvera, metoda, tehnika i alata veštačke inteligencije u velikoj meri olakšava posao svim zaposlenima i donosi značajne rezultate u uštedi vremena i efikasnijem obavljanju posla. Takođe ćemo predstaviti i originalan pristup primene informacionih sistema – neuronskih mreža, odnosno ANFIS metodologije, u funkciji unapređenja efekata elektronske nastave.

Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju da je u procesu učenja na daljinu i primeni veštačke inteligencije ključno dobro poznavanje i razumevanje funkcionalnosti obrazovnog procesa. Upravo potpuno razumevanje obrazovnog procesa moguće je sprovođenjem analize procesa nastave i pribavljanjem informacija potrebnih za procese primene IKT u nastavi. Jedan od najvažnijih činilaca za vaspitno-obrazovne ustanove koje su uspešno implementirale platforme za učenje na daljinu su digitalno pismeni i visoko kvalifikovani prosvetni radnici koji primenjuju metode, tehnike i alate veštačke inteligencije.

With the global outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), which drastically changed the way and organization of life and business activities, the place and role of e-learning has proven to be an extremely important component of educational work. Daily and functional use of ICT requires the use of more sophisticated functions of computer programs that implement the process of learning and teaching.

This doctoral dissertation was written in order to analyze and consider the possible effects of ICT in education, through paradigms of ICT in teaching, as well as through possible aspects of distance learning using techniques and tools of artificial intelligence, more precisely using ANFIS (Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference Systems). Through the stances of students and teachers on the application of e-learning, the impact of teacher competence and continuous professional development on the effects of learning and educational goals will be explored, as well as advantages and disadvantages of e-learning platforms. Additionaly, the dissertation critically reviews the theoretical aspects of the distance learning process.

The primary purpose of the doctoral dissertation is to meticulously explore the importance, role and possibility of improving teaching by applying adaptive neuro-phase methodology. Through our research, we will show how the application of software, methods, techniques and tools of artificial intelligence facilitates the work of all employees to a large extent, and delivers significant results in saving time and more efficient work. We will also present an original approach to the application of information systems – neural networks, that is ANFIS methodology, in order to improve the effects of electronic teaching.

The results of the research indicate that in the process of distance learning and the application of artificial intelligence, it is crucial to have accurate knowledge and understanding of the functionality of the educational process. A complete understanding of the educational process is possible by conducting an analysis of the teaching process and obtaining the information needed for the application of ICT in teaching. One of the most important factors for educational institutions that have successfully implemented distance learning platforms are digitally literate and highly qualified educators who apply methods, techniques and tools of artificial intelligence.
