ARMONK, N.Y. -- Here are the 13 parts into which International Business Machines Corp. was split under a December decentralization. Each continues to be owned by IBM and to report to corporate headquarters in Armonk.
Note that IBM counts revenue twice -- once at the manufacturing units, and again through its sales organizations. Figures were supplied by IBM:
