When it comes right down to it, a 136-story building is not much different from a 150-story building, and 18 million square feet - give or take a few - of real estate development is still a lot for a community to absorb.
That is the consensus opinion of community board members and neighbors about Donald Trump's new Television City, a mega-project that includes a proposal for the world's tallest building.
The redrawn proposal is Trump's second this year for the 76-acre site near the Hudson River between 59th Street and 72nd Street. Part of the old Penn Central rail yards, it is one of the last major vacant sites in Manhattan.
