Talent Search The annual African Street Festival is holding auditions. The event, which celebrates its 23rd year June 30 to July 4 at Boys and Girls High School in Brooklyn, is designed as a showcase for African Americans between the ages of 12 and 21. There will be cash prizes, scholarships and awards. Carolyn McClair, a festival spokeswoman, said that actors, singers, dancers, musicians, comedians, poets and rappers are invited to enter the citywide competition.
