While all eyes have focused on Donald Trump's massive TelevisionCity proposal - including a 152-story tower that would be theworld's tallest - developer Daniel Brodsky has completed plans for his own residential towers next door. His final proposal for Manhattan West, more than 1.15 million square feet of development, now calls for 1,200 apartments in an L-shaped building rising in steps from 15 to 39 floors.
So far, the Brodsky plan has not generated the same concern as Trump's project, although some have pointed out that it would further saturate an area in which massive development is planned.
