İbn Kudâme’Nin El-Muğnî Adlı Eserindeki Ebû Hanife’Ye Nispet Edilen Görüşlerin Tahkiki (İbadetler Bölümü)

Abstract

“İbn Kudâme’nin el-Muğnî Adlı Eserindeki Ebû Hanife’ye Nispet Edilen Görüşlerin Tahkiki (İbadetler Bölümü)”adlı bu çalışma; Hanbelî mezhebinin muteber kitaplarından olan el-Mğnî’nin ibadetler bölümünde İmam Ebû Hanife’ye nispet edilen görüşlerin doğru olup olmadığı tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.

Bu amaçla yaptığımız çalışma bir giriş, iki bölüm ve bir sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmında tezin konusu, amaç ve yöntemi ile araştırmanın kaynaklarından bahsedilmiştir. Birinci bölümde İbn Kudâme’nin yaşadığı dönemin ilmî ve siyasî durumu, hayatı, Hanbelî mezhebi ve fıkıh dünyası içerisindeki yeri, el-Muğnî ile diğer eserleri incelemeye tabi tutulmuştur.

İkinci bölümde ise, el-Muğnî’nin ibâdetler bölümünde Ebû Hanîfe’ye nispet edilen görüşlerin tahkikine yer verilmiştir. Şöyle ki, öncelikle Ebû Hanîfe’ye nispet edilen görüş el-Muğnî’den tespit edilmiştir. Sonra da tespit edilen bu görüş Hanefî’lerin muteber kitaplarında bu görüşün doğru olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır.

Çalışmanın sonuç bölümünde ise çalışma neticesinde elde edilen bulgulara yer verdik. Ayrıca bu alanda yapılacak çalışmaların bir kısmına da sonuç bölümünde zikrettik.

In this study, Titels "The Study of the Views Attributed to Abu Hanifa in Ibn Kudama's Al-Mughni (Chapter of Al-Ibadat)"; ist has been attempted to determine whether the views attributed to Imam Abu Hanifa in the chapter of Al-Ibadat of al-Mughni, one of the respected books of the Hanbali sect, are correct or not.

For this purpose, our study consists of an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. In the introduction part, the subject, purpose and method of the thesis and the sources of the research are mentioned. In the first part, the scientific and political situation of the period in which Ibn Kudama lived, his life, his place in the Hanbali sect and the world of fiqh, al-Mughni and other works were examined.

In the second part, the analysis of the views attributed to Abu Hanifa in the chapter of Al-Ibadat of al-Mughni is included. Namely, first of all, the view attributed to Abu Hanifa was determined from al-Muğni. Afterwards, it was investigated whether this opinion was correct in the authoritative books of Hanafis or not.

In the conclusion part of the study, we have included the findings obtained as a result of the study. In addition, we have mentioned some of the studies to be carried out in this field in the conclusion section.
