It's not television, it's "Tootlevision."'
That's KNLV TV-19 in a nutshell, says Harry Tootle, owner of the latest addition to the local television scene.
The UHF station is up to full power at 10,000 watts, compared to KFBT TV-33's 1 million-plus watts, but being low power hasn't stopped the station from being unique.
Tootle, who once worked for televangelist Kenneth Copeland's satellite network, has put together a crazy-quilt of programming ranging from the high-tech to local news events.
Channel 19 broadcasts the NASA satellite channel, which feeds four-hour blocks of programming on science and technology topics.
