Kızıl, Tuva müzesi Yenisey yazıtları (Metin-Dizin)

Abstract

Tarihi Türk Şiveleri sıralamasına göre Eski Türkçe sahasında yer alan YeniseyYazıtları üzerinde yapılan bu çalışma “Kızıl, Tuva Müzesi Yenisey Yazıtları” olaraksınırlandırılmıştır. Tez; giriş, Yenisey Yazıtları ile ilgili daha önce yapılan çalışmalar,yazıt ve çizim fotoğrafları, harf çevrimi, çeviri yazı, anlamlandırma önerileri ileyazıtlardaki ifadelerin incelemesinden oluşan metin bölümü ve dizin çalışmasındanoluşmaktadı

Giriş bölümünde Yenisey Yazıtları’nın nerede yer aldığı, ne zaman yazıldığıhakkında bilgi verilerek yazıtlarda kullanılan alfabenin tarihçesi konusundaki görüşlereyer verilmiştir. Yazıtların keşfinden, üzerinde yapılan uluslararası çalışmalardan, yenibulunan yazıtlardan da bahsedilerek, tezi hazırlamaktaki amacımız ve yöntemimizortaya konmuştur.

Metin bölümünde, W. Radloff’un estampaj çizimlerine yer verilmiş, YeniseyYazıtları konusunda araştırma yapan, okuma denemelerinde bulunan araştırmacılarınçalışmaları tek tek sunulmuş, yazıtların tanımlamaları yapılmıştır. Özgün olarak TuvaMüzesi’nde yer alan 47 Yenisey Yazıtı’nın yüksek çözünürlükte çekilmiş olanfotoğraflarına, fotoğraf çıktılarının üzerinden yapılan yazıt çizimlerine, Eski Türkalfabesi fontu ile metin görüntülerine harf çevrimleri ve çeviri yazılarına yer verilmiştir.Önceki okumalardan ve Eski Türkçe ile ilgili sözlüklerden yararlanılarakanlamlandırma denemesinde bulunulmuştur

Dizin kısmında ise okuduğumuz 28 yazıtta yer alan sözcükler listelenmiş,sözcüklerin anlamları ve türleri belirtilmiştir. Ayrıca genel olarak Yenisey Yazıtlarındakullanılan, tekrarlanan söz kalıpları ve yapıları açıklamalar ile sunulmuştur.

Bu çalışma ile Tuva Cumhuriyeti başkenti Kızıl Müzesi’nde anıt mezar taşlarıüzerinde yer alan ve Yenisey Yazıtları içinde değerlendirilen yazıtlar toplu ve düzenlibir şekilde ele alınmaya çalışılmıştır. Yazıtlar değerlendirilirken 2006 – 2008 yıllarındaServet Somuncuoğlu tarafından “Eski Kızıl Müzesi”nde çekilen fotoğraflar ölçü olarakalınmıştır. Yeni Kızıl Müzesi’ne taşınan anıt mezar taşların bazılarının taşınmaesnasında tahribat gördüğü dikkate alınmalıdır.

This study on the Yenisei Inscriptions which is considered in the field of the OldTurkish according to the sequence of Historical Turkish Dialects is limited with the“Kyzyl, Tuva Museum Yenisei Inscriptions”. The content of thesis are the introduction,previous studies on the Yenisei Inscriptions, pictures of tablets and drawings, letters,translations, interpretation suggestions and the text that contains an examination of thestatements on the inscriptions and index.

In the introduction there is information on where the Yenisei Inscriptions arelocated and in which time frame they might have been written besides different opinionson the chronicle of the alphabet used in the inscriptions. Additionally, it has been talkedabout the discovery of the inscriptions, the related studies on them and the recentlyfound inscriptions in order to explain the purpose and methodology regarding our thesis.

In the text, the stamp drawings of W. Radloff has been included and the worksof researches who have had reading suggestions before have individually presented anddefinitions of the inscriptions have been given. The original photographs of fourtyseven Yenisei Inscriptions, in high definition, taken at the Tuva Museum, the graphicsof the inscriptions created using the photographs’ print-outs, letter sequences on theimages of tablets with the Old Turkish Alphabet and their translation are also in thescope of this study. Depending on the previous readings and dictionaries on ‘OldTurkish’ there has also been interpretation attemps.

In the index there is a list of words of twenty-eight inscriptions that we havedealt with, along with their meanings and sorts. Besides, the phareses and wordsctructures used in Yenisei Inscriptions have been examined.

In this study, the inscriptions on the grave stones at the capitol of Tuva Republic,Kyzyl Museum which are considered among the Yenisei Inscriptions have beenevaluated as a wholesome and ordered manner. In the evaulation of the Inscriptions, thephotographs taken by Servet Somuncuoglu at the Old Kyzyl Museum between 2006 and2008 has been used as a source. It has to be taken into consideration that some of thegrave stones had been ruined during their transportation from the old museum to thenew one.
