Abstract

Abstract: Business development seen from competitiveness and productivity has been linked to operational processes and traditional management, however, there is little evidence that these can be linked to CSR, CVC or social innovation. The objective of the article is to carry out a systemic literature review on the three mentioned concepts, articulated to SMEs and thus demonstrate success stories on good social practices in these types of companies. In the first part, a literature review is demonstrated with the variables: VC, Social innovation, CSR focused on SMEs. Keywords: Shared value; Social innovation; Corporate social responsibility SMEs; Strategic approach.
