Abstract
In this article, we discuss what is known about GS and run simple tests of its coverage. Then, GS is compared to PubMed and its major strengths and weaknesses discussed. Scirus is also discussed (its pros and cons) as a free search alternative to GS. Based on the requirements for complex searches, we make a recommendation for using OVID MEDLINE for specific clinical queries
