Peppers and Rogers Group/Marketing 1 to I Inc. will relocate its headquarters from Stamford to a larger facility in Norwalk beginning in September.
The company has leased 83,000 square feet at 20 Glover Ave., the former headquarters of Caldors Inc., now owned by Merritt River Partner L.L.C.
This is Peppers, and Rogers Group's second move in less than two years.
"We have outgrown two Stamford office locations in a year-and-a-half," Bob Dorf, president and chief executive officer of Peppers and Rogers, said in a written statement.
"Merritt on the River in Norwalk offers us ample space to keep growing as well as a convenient, easily. accessible location."
The company was founded by Don Peppers, Martha Rogers and Dorf in 1993 at Dorf's house in Stamford. Before moving to its current site, the company was at 700 Canal St., where it occupied 8,000 square feet.
It currently occupies 20,000 square feet at 470 West Ave., where it moved in April 1999. It also leases...
