A 20-year-old man developed disorder of hypothalamic pituitary gonadal axis (HPG axis) following testosterone propionate/testosterone phenylpropionate/testosterone isocaproate/testosterone decanoate [Sustanon], nandrolone decanoate [Deca‐durabolin] and oxymetholone [Hemogenin] abuse [routes not stated].
The man, who was an experienced resistance training practitioner and was in preparation for his first body-building competition, started receiving anabolic androgenic steroids (AAS) for eight weeks. In the first four weeks (week 1-4), he received testosterone propionate/testosterone phenylpropionate/testosterone isocaproate/testosterone decanoate 250 mg/mL and nandrolone decanoate 50 mg/mL. He administered 1 mL of testosterone propionate/testosterone phenylpropionate/testosterone isocaproate/testosterone decanoate and 2 mL of nandrolone decanoate per week.
