Abstract

Fuji Photo Film Co. Ltd. has established a new company, Fujifilm Electronic Imaging Ltd. to acquire the assets of Crosfield Electronics Ltd. As part of the new pact, DuPont and Fuji agreed to restructure their joint ownership of Crosfield, which had been carried out since October 1989 through a co-managed business unit called DuPont and Fujifilm Electronic Imaging.
