An 84-year-old man developed nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, fatigue, excessive sweating, prolonged QTc, premature atrial contraction, bradycardia, increased oral secretions and confusion following accidental ingestion of an overdose of donepezil [not all outcomes stated].
