Leaders of the ethnic Albanian majority in the Yugoslav province of Kosovo have called a general strike today, further heightening tension with Serbia. The strike is in protest against Serbia's decision earlier this year to remove Kosovo's regional powers and place it under direct control from Belgrade. The BBC's central European correspondent, Misha Glenny, reports from Titograd, Kosovo.
