Guided meditation is a process by which one or more participants meditate in response to the instructions by concerning expert. The instructions may comprise of verbal guidance, written script, audio or audio-visual mediums to practice the meditation. To study the role of guided meditation in achieving peaceful and sound mental health as a regular practice. By analyzing and reviewing the existing studies and other available feedback sources by practitioners and therapists. Various studies and findings suggest that guided meditation is a significant beneficial technique in attaining sound mental health and works as one of the best alternative approach in promoting healing process.
