With the acceleration of global economic integration,the foreign trade between China and the United States --- the two largest countries in the world---- is increasing close, both sides of the trade volume between the two countries continues to grow, the economic dependence between the two countries is also rising. Meanwhile, Sino-US trade friction between the two countries continue to occur. The United States provoke trade frictions and continue anti-dumping,countervailing and other trade sanctions due to its more obvious advantages of economy and national strength. Especially in the "post-crisis era" of 2009, the U.S. initiated sanctions to tire products on Chinese exports to the U.S. by stringent measures as safeguard investigations, which caused China's strong and quick counter-act and tremendous economic losses of the two countries. How should we treat this economic phenomenon between the two countries? What coping strategies we have to come up with? This thesis will start with the trade friction theory and the present situation in China, combining with tire-protection case, the typical latest case, to come up with solutions that China should adopt. This paper is mainly divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, describes the background and significance of this topic, do some introduction to related research at home and abroad as well as the research ideas of this thesis. The second chapter is about the research of the theoretical basis of trade friction. Firstly come to the theoretical background of the trade friction and then focus on the theory of trade friction from the view of Microeconomics, Macroeconomics and tPolitical Economy, which can be the follow-up theory as some groundwork for the article. In the third chapter is for the status of Sino-US trade friction characteristics were studied. The first part of this chapter clearly describes the development of Sino-US economic and trade relations, and the Sino-US trade friction course of several stages of evolution. The second part, directly on the current Sino-US trade friction, was described a few salient features and carried out some brief analysis for the fourth chapter of case studies, coping strategies proposed to play a lot basis in reality. In Chapter IV, there are a number of case analysis of the Sino-US tires safeguard case---a latest typical case, and point out that its effects to the two countries. Second, re-use the distinctive features of this case, the author come up with a more appropriate response strategies. Chapter V of the article is a concluding section, mainly based on research and analysis of the first four chapters, do some analysis and put forward the summary of research prospects. The innovation of this thesis is two fold: First, it is different from the traditional economic means to the to respond to the idea of Sino-US trade friction. Sino-US trade friction by this stage increasely becomes the characteristics of a political nature. Highlighted the Government should play an important role when handling the events of Sino-US trade frictions. Second, the thesis proposed to strengthen Sino-US cultural exchanges, and even the way China to strengthen cultural infiltration to the U.S., in order to increse the sense of kinship to China by more American people.
