Abstract

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), OCD is the sixth leading psychiatric disorder in terms of the total number of years lived with disability [6] and accounts for 2.5 % of global years lost because of disability [7]. [...]QoL is an important component that measures the impact of OCD on an indi- vidual with a holistic view encompassing a patient's opinion of the impact of illness and QoL goals must be incorporated as an outcome measure of therapeutic inter- ventions to ensure recovery from illness across all domains.
