Abstract
The involvement of undergraduate students in health research is not only advantageous in improving research quality and quantity, but also provides the opportunity for students to develop skills such as critical evaluation, problem solving, and use of research findings in practice.1-3 The level of a researcher's skill is an important factor in the quality of research.4 The Students' Scientific Research Center (SSRC) at the Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Iran, aims to train undergraduate medical science students in health research.5 This centre is supervised by a faculty member and run by students.
