BLOOMINGTON -- During the decade since three local faith-based schools constructed new buildings they have seen their enrollments increase, causing one to consider expansion and another to add on.
"We're on the cusp of an expansion," Trinity Lutheran School Principal Shawn Hoffmann said.
Hoffman was a teacher when the doors of the new $4.4 million, 58,000-square-footschool building at 1102 W. Hamilton Road, Bloomington, opened in January 2003.
"It was like coming to the promised land because it was beautiful and big," Hoffman recalled. "We were blessed deeply by it."
But now the school has added a new dimension to its educational offerings.
