For those of us who grew up in the '90s, we feel bad for the generation after us. They know nothing of the original Might Morphin' Power Rangers, Wayne's World, dial-up Internet, The Real World, Friends , Seinfeld , and the greatest one-hit wonders of all time. The '90s were a great time for pop culture and music, but as for style, well, that wasn't quite as on-point -- except for probably a few Nirvana-grunge inspired keepers. We're taking a look back at some forgotten trends that we've rediscovered.

1. Grungy flannel shirts

This was one of the most noticeable '90s fashion trends, thanks to the onset of the grunge rock music movement of the early 1990s. The plaid flannel shirt craze spanned across both genders, and when it was too hot (and you were wearing a shirt underneath), you tied it around your waist.
