Answer

For ProQuest Classic:

Host Name proquest-z3950.umi.com
Port 210
Database PQ_current
User ID/Password any valid ProQuest ID and password

For Historical Newspapers:

Host Name hnz39.umi.com
Port 210
Database PQHNP
User ID/Password any valid ProQuest ID and password

Note: Our Z39.50 server does not support IP authentication at this time
