Order inquiries and related matters are resolved most easily if you provide your shipping address and invoice number in writing, via regular mail or email (core_service@proquest.com). Special Purchase Programs
To help your dollars go further, we periodically offer special discount programs for purchases of serials in microform. These programs can help libraries acquire more titles for less money, and purchase new microform equipment.
